Kucherikas Cheese Snack

Cut the eggplants in two without removing the stem. For 20 minutes, boil the halves in a saucepan and pre-salt a little. Get rid of excess fluid, throwing eggplants in a colander.

Rub cheese on a coarse grater, chop dill, parsley and basil. Pour cottage cheese into the container, beat the egg, add the herbs and cheese. After that, remove some of the pulp from the boiled eggplants and add to the container. Salt and pepper the cheese mass to taste.
