Mixer pulse mode - what is it?
Mixer Pulse Mode
Modern hostesses can not do without a mixer. Do not go on about those who argue about the old-fashioned home appliance. This unit and today comes to the aid in the preparation of many dishes. The quality of this help depends on how well you understand the basic functions of the mixer. They are used for whipping and kneading liquid masses. The quality of the future dish directly depends on such important processes.
With proper operation, the device will serve you correctly and for a long time.
Impulse force
The impulse mode of functioning has characteristic features and deserves additional attention. It is found in the manual units. It is in them that it is particularly relevant. The mode allows you to control the speed of rotation of the nozzles by means of pressure on the button. When you gently press the power button, the rims will accelerate from minimum speed to maximum.
The impulse mode has the specifics of work - it is worth using in jerks.
It is short presses that contribute to safe operation - the engine does not have time to overheat. It is important to use the function to work with thicker mixtures, a mixer with a static rotation of the rims may simply not cope.
Work speed
For home use, it is enough to purchase a mixer with 3-5 speeds. This amount is enough for cooking homemade culinary delights. If the device has more speeds, then you can mess around in them, or not use more of them. Overpaying for unnecessary functions makes no sense.
Now consider the pulse mode and the number of speeds. The interaction of these two parameters of your device is obvious. For whipping many products need a smooth increase in speed. Switching them with the wheel is not always convenient.
Here you will rescue the pulse mode, which will help increase the speed with the necessary intensity.
Pulse will allow you to start work at minimum speed and fully control the pace buildup. Unlike the turbo mode, the discussed function can work either without interruptions or with a small interval. The latter is true if you use the mixer at maximum power.
Additional features
In each mixer there are 2 mandatory functions: the release of nozzles and protection against overvoltage.
The first function is carried out by pressing a special button. As a result of this manipulation, grooves are opened, which keep the brooms in the mixer during operation. The second function leads to automatic shutdown of the device under excessive load.
The turbo mode feature allows you to significantly accelerate the rotation of the nozzles (acceleration by 20%) for a period of up to 3 seconds. Longer use of the mode may cause damage to the motor.
Many housewives use turbo to eliminate lumps of flour in the batter.
Smooth inclusion is provided in some models of the device. This feature allows you to gently start work and not to spill the contents of the bowl.
