Planetary mixers are popular not only among professionals, but also among housewives, because they allow you to prepare dough for baking for 5 minutes.
With a planetary mixing system, the mixer halo revolves around its axis and simultaneously moves in a circle of the bowl. This allows you to reduce the kneading time of products and to achieve a uniform consistency of dough. All Kitfort models are equipped with a protective lid and a metal bowl, which allows you to cook the dough from hot ingredients. The lid does not allow products to splash out, but has a loading compartment so that you can add additional ingredients during the work process.

There are 8 speed modes here and switching between them is done with a standard rotary knob. Pulse mode is designed to instantly reach maximum speed and is started by turning the knob down.
A fan is installed inside the mixer, which cools the engine if the operating speed approaches the maximum when mixing the stiff dough.
Hot air is vented through openings at the bottom of the hull. The legs-suckers not only securely fix the device on the table, but also raise it above the surface to improve heat transfer. All three nozzles cope with their task equally well. Mashed potatoes (1.5 kg of potatoes) are kneaded to a uniform consistency at minimum speed for 2 minutes. The manufacturer does not recommend using other speeds so as not to get sticky potato paste.

- Never exceed the maximum mark on the food bowl.. It exists so that the dough or cream has a place to rise in the process of beating.

- The manufacturer does not recommend exceeding the time 10 minutes. Even with the presence of an overheating protection system, it will be useful to give the motor a ten-minute break.

Kitfort planetary mixers are reliable kitchen assistants in the budget segment. There are no analogues in this price range. Despite the plastic case of the two models, they do not look cheap "Chinese".
