· Child Care Financial Assistance Program (CCFAP)
Child Care financial assistance for the residences of certain cities outside the City of Seattle limits who are not qualified for any other child care subsidy programs and are working and/or in school. Head Start At this income level would qualify if child has special needs (IEP) on in foster care. Transportation generally available. Preference is given to 4 year olds. · Full Day Child care based model; families pay for childcare with subsidy or other means, Head Start services are free. Transportation not provided. Three and four year old children served. · Family Child Care Child care based model; families pay for childcare with subsidy or other means, Head Start services are free. Transportation not provided. Serves children one month to kindergarten age a licensed family child care homes.
